Jeremy Perkins
Jeremy began his construction career as a laborer in Houston, Texas, quickly rising to Project Manager and Estimator through his dedication and attention to detail. His drive for growth led him to a leading industrial construction company, where his problem-solving skills and strong work ethic earned him a promotion to Vice President of Business Operations.
Over the years, Jeremy gained extensive experience leading major projects across Houston and the Texas–Louisiana Gulf Coast, establishing himself as a trusted leader in the civil construction industry.
In January 2025, he founded Perkins Civil, LLC with a clear vision: to build a generational company rooted in safety, quality, and lasting partnerships.

Mason DuChamp
Mason began his construction career over 24 years ago, advancing through roles such as Senior Survey Engineer, General Superintendent, and Project Manager. His expertise spans heavy civil, structural concrete, railroad, and civil engineering projects, where he has managed logistics, subcontractor coordination, field engineering, and site supervision with a strong focus on safety and quality.
Over the years, Mason has overseen project scope, budgets, schedules, and performance requirements while ensuring efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment. At Perkins Civil, he continues to strengthen operations through effective planning, estimating, contracting, and construction practices—driving successful project delivery and lasting client partnerships.

Clay Perkins
Clay was raised in the construction industry, gaining early exposure to field operations and the values of hard work, accountability, and safety. He began his career with a leading industrial site construction firm in Houston, Texas, where he served as a Project Manager overseeing projects from planning through completion, ensuring they were delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Today, Clay leads Perkins Civil, LLC projects with integrity and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from Sam Houston State University, a minor in Construction Management, and is an Eagle Scout.
